Full PLL

All of the 21 PLL configurations are grouped into 3 sections:

Jump to section:

Edges only:

Ua Perm – 3 edges cycling anticlockwise:

If your cube has one solved side, with the three unsolved edges needing to cycle anticlockwise (with the opposite edge on the right), hold the solved edge piece on the back to perform this algorithm:

R U’ R U R U R U’ R’ U’ R2’

Ub Perm – 3 edges cycling clockwise:

If your cube has one solved side, with the three unsolved edges needing to cycle clockwise (with the opposite edge on the left), hold the solved edge piece on the back to perform this algorithm:

R2 U R U R’ U’ R’ U’ R’ U R’

H Perm – Opposite edge swap:

If your cube has zero permuted edges, with each edge needing to be opposite, hold your cube in any direction, and perform this algorithm:

M2’ U M2’ U2 M2’ U M2’

Z Perm – Adjacent edge swap:

If your cube has zero permuted edges, with edges needing to be swapped adjacently, hold your cube so that the edges we will swap are on the front right. Perform this algorithm:

M2’ U M2’ U M’ U2 M2’ U2 M’

Adjacent corner swaps:

Aa Perm – 3 corners cycling clockwise:

If your cube has solved edges with a solved block on the front left with matching headlights on the back, perform this algorithm:

x’ R’ U R’ D2 R U’ R’ D2 R2 x’

Ab Perm – 3 corners cycling anticlockwise:

If your cube has solved edges with a solved block on the front left with matching headlights on the right side, perform this algorithm:

x’ R2’ D2 (R U R’) D2 (R U’ R)

Ja Perm – Front left edges swap + left corners swap:

If your cube shows a solved side that’s connected to a block, position your puzzle with the completed part on the side and the block on the back. If the solved side is on the right, perform this algorithm:

U R’ U L’ U2 R U’ R’ U2 R L

Jb Perm – Front right edges swap + right corners swap:

If your cube shows a solved side that’s connected to a block, position your puzzle with the completed part on the side and the block on the back. If the solved side is on the left, perform this algorithm:

R U R’ F’ (R U R’ U’) R’ F R2 U’ R’

T Perm – Left & right edges swap + right corners swap:

If the side with headlights has an opposite edge piece in the middle, and it’s connected to two 2×1 bars, hold that side on the left to perform this algorithm:

(R U R’ U’) R’ F R2 U’ R’ U’ R U R’ F’

F Perm – Front & back edges swap + right corners swap:

If your cube shows a solved side connected to zero blocks, position your 3×3 with the completed side on the left to perform this algorithm:

R’ U’ F’ (R U R’ U’) R’ F R2 U’ R’ U’ R U R’ U R

Ra Perm – Back-left edges swap + right corners swap:

If the side with headlights has an adjacent edge piece in the middle, and it’s connected to one 2×1 bar that’s positioned to the right of those headlights, hold them on the left to perform this algorithm:

R U’ R’ U’ R U R’ U R’ D’ R U’ R’ D R2 U R’

Rb Perm – Front-right edges swap + right corners swap:

If the side with headlights has an adjacent edge piece in the middle, and it’s connected to a 2×1 bar that’s positioned to the left of those headlights, hold them in front to perform this algorithm:

R’ U2 R’ D’ R U’ R’ D R U R U’ R’ U’ R

Ga Perm:

When positioning your cube with the headlights on the left, if there is a 2×1 line in the front, perform this algorithm:

D’ R2 U R’ U R’ U’ R U’ R2 U’ D R’ U R

Gb Perm:

When positioning your cube with the headlights on the left, if there is a 2×1 line on the back of the right side, perform this algorithm:

D R’ U’ R U D’ R2 U R’ U R U’ R U’ R2’

Gc Perm:

When positioning your cube with the headlights on the left, if there is a 2×1 line in the back, perform this algorithm:

U2’ R2’ F2 R U2 R U2’ R’ F (R U R’ U’) R’ F R2

Gd Perm:

When positioning your cube with the headlights on the left, if there is a 2×1 line on the front of the right side, perform this algorithm:

D’ (R U R’ U’) D R2 U’ R U’ R’ U R’ U R2

Diagonal corner swaps:

E Perm – Left corners swap + right corners swap:

If your cube has solved edges with four unsolved corner pieces. Position the cube so that the front right corner matches the right edge, and perform this algorithm:

x (R U’ R’ D) (R U R’ D’) (R U R’ D) (R U’ R’ D’) x’

Y Perm – Front-right corner swaps with back-left corner + back-left edges swap:

If your cube shows two 2×1 lines, position them on the front and right sides to perform this algorithm:

F R U’ R’ U’ R U R’ F’ (R U R’ U’) (R’ F R F’)

V Perm – Front-right swaps with back-left corner + back-right edges swap:

If you see a solved 2×2 block, surrounded by non-matching corners, position that block on the front-left to perform this algorithm:

R’ U R’ U’ y R’ F’ R2 U’ R’ U R’ F R F

Na Perm – Front-left corner swaps with back-right corner + left and right edges swap:

If on all four sides, there is a 2×1 line on the right with an opposite corner on the left, perform this algorithm:

R U R’ U (R U R’ F’ (R U R’ U’) R’ F R2 U’ R’) U2 R U’ R’

Nb Perm – Front-right corner swaps with back-left corner + left and right edges swap:

If on all four sides, there is a 2×1 line on the left with an opposite corner on the right, perform this algorithm:

r’ D’ F r U’ r’ F’ D r2 U r’ U’ r’ F r F’
